开采稳固矿岩急倾斜薄矿体,国外过去多用浅孔留矿法或普通上向分层充填法,机械化程度低,劳动条件差,经济效益不佳。近十多年来,随着无轨采矿,光面爆破,锚固技术,以及一些专用新设备的推广应用,急倾斜薄矿体空场采矿法亦有了较大进展,主要表现在以下几方面: ——在无轨采矿的基础上努力革新采矿方法,创造了新的组合式采矿法——无底柱分段留矿法,兼有留矿法和分段法的主要优点,在围岩稳固和矿体比较规则的条件下,往往可以代替这两种常规采矿法; ——由于天井爬罐和接杆凿岩技术不断
