本文观察华法令治疗银屑病对改善微循环和血液流变学的作用。甲皱微循环在华法令治疗前后的动态变化观察14例,并与白血宁治疗前后12例对照,结果华法令治疗后皮肤微循环障碍明显改善,表现为视野比前清晰,异形血管袢减少,微血流流态和流速正常化,而白血宁治疗后视野清晰度、血管袢形态、微血流流态和流速等指标均无明显改善。观察华法令治疗前后血液流变学改变20例,治疗后原增高的血球压积和全血粘度均恢复正常。
This article investigates the effect of warfarin in the treatment of psoriasis to improve microcirculation and hemorheology.
