胸腔积液出现酷似心肌梗塞心电图型较少见,我院遇到一例,现报告如下: 患者齐某,男性,56岁,因胸痛气促不能平卧1周,而来我院诊治。检查:T:37.5℃,P:118次/分,BP:14/11kPa,心音低钝,心界不大,肋间隙饱满,左侧胸呼吸运动明显减弱,语颤和语音减弱,叩之音浊。实验检查RBC沉降率20mm/h,X线检查左侧胸廓除肺尖外,大部分呈均匀浓密阴影,纵隔心脏被推向对侧,诊断胸腔积液。心电图示窦性心律,心电轴正常,心率114次/分,V_1呈rS,V_2呈rS,r波极小
Pleural effusion resembles a myocardial infarction ECG is rare, our hospital encountered a case, are as follows: Patient Qimou, male, 56 years old, can not lie down for 1 week because of chest pain, and come to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment. Check: T: 37.5 ℃, P: 118 beats / min, BP: 14 / 11kPa, heart sound low blunt, heart is not big, intercostal space fullness, left chest breathing was significantly weakened, tremor and voice weakened, knocking sound turbidity. RBC sedimentation rate was 20mm / h. X-ray examination showed that the left thoracic spine was uniform and densely shadowed except for the tip of the lung. The mediastinal heart was pushed to the contralateral to diagnose pleural effusion. ECG showed sinus rhythm, normal ECG, heart rate 114 beats / min, V_1 was rS, V_2 was rS, r wave is extremely small
