目的探讨结肠癌转移相关基因1(MACC1)在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法免疫组化方法检测68例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及18例正常膀胱黏膜组织中MACC1的表达情况,并分析MACC1的表达与相关临床参数的关系。结果 MACC1在膀胱移行细胞癌组织的表达水平显著高于正常膀胱黏膜组织(P<0.01),且MACC1的表达水平与膀胱移行细胞癌的组织学分级、TNM分期、肿瘤转移、术后复发均明显相关(P<0.05)。结论 MACC1在膀胱移行细胞癌中呈过度表达,可能在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展及术后复发中起重要作用。MACC1有可能成为膀胱移行细胞癌治疗的新靶点之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of metastasis associated gene 1 (MACC1) in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MACC1 in 68 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and 18 cases of normal bladder mucosa. The relationship between the expression of MACC1 and the related clinical parameters was analyzed. Results The expression of MACC1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal bladder mucosa (P <0.01). The expression of MACC1 was significantly correlated with the histological grade, TNM stage, tumor metastasis and postoperative recurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma Related (P <0.05). Conclusion MACC1 is overexpressed in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and may play an important role in the occurrence, development and recurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. MACC1 may be one of the new targets for the treatment of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
