教书是每个教师应尽的职责,而育人更是每个教师不可推卸的责任,“教书育人”要求教师在传授知识的同时,必须不失时机地对学生进行德育,促使他们在学到知识的同时健康成长。生物学具有较丰富的德育素材,教师必须努力去钻研教材,挖掘其思想内容,结合学生的成长特点,才能在教学中有效地渗透对学生的德育。通过对教学实际中的案例分析,认为只有选择学生乐于接受的方式,有效组织学生参与,实现学生自我教育,才能真正达到德育的目的。
Teaching is the responsibility of every teacher, and educating people is an unshirkable responsibility of every teacher. “Teaching and educating people ” requires teachers to pass on the knowledge at the same time, must seize the opportunity to moral education for students to promote them to learn Knowledge at the same time healthy growth. Biology has a wealth of moral education material, teachers must work hard to study textbooks, dig their ideological content, combined with the growth characteristics of students in order to effectively penetrate the moral education of students.
