近年来,我国传媒行业发生了巨大的变化,以互联网和信息技术为支撑的新媒体全面兴起,新闻信息传播方式翻开了新篇章,前所未有的新媒体时代全面到来,随之而来的是,如何把握时代发展与行业变迁的契机,培养出真正为新媒体时代所需要的合格新闻人才,成为高校新闻人才培养的当务之急。本文从新媒体时代的大背景入手,分析了传媒行业新的特征,并结合这些新的特征,提出了高校新闻人才培养的新方向。
In recent years, great changes have taken place in the media industry in our country. The new media supported by the Internet and information technology has been fully launched. The way of dissemination of news and information has opened a new chapter in history. The unprecedented new media era has come round. Followed by that, How to seize the opportunity of the development of the times and the change of the industry, to cultivate the qualified news talents that are really needed for the new media age, and to become the most urgent task in the training of college journalists. Starting from the background of the new media age, this article analyzes the new characteristics of the media industry, and puts forward the new direction of training college journalism talent according to these new characteristics.
