6月,玉树与青海主网330千伏联网工程将正式投运,这不仅标志着玉树电网重建工程的完成,玉树电网的供电可靠性达到有史以来最高水平,也意味着此后玉树电网将告别孤网运行,彻底改变玉树长期缺电的历史。在海拔4000多米高的青藏高原上,长江的源头通天河自西北向东南穿过一座座险峻的峡谷奔流而下。通天河的支流巴塘河,这条意为“从山岩中流出来的河”穿过峡谷流经巴塘盆地,从玉树穿城而过。
