前不久,华容县档案科、档案馆的同志听说县长官平轩即将调往岳阳市人民政府工作,大家七嘴八舌地议论开了。有的说,官县长在任期间,对档案馆的基本建设非常重视,在县财政十分困难的情况下,多方做工作,先后挤出45万元资金修建档案馆,建成了湘北第一流的县级档案馆。有的说,官县长对档案馆的业务工作也很支持。1989年10月,一次就如数批给了档案馆2600元民国档案抢救经费。1990年底,又给档案馆解决了1500元照片档案建设经费。官县长对档案工作如此关心支持,这次他调到市里工作,我们应当送一件珍贵的礼物,一来表示谢意,二来表示留念。
