本文研究了16MnR材料在饱和硫化氢+0.1mol/LNaCl溶液等不同试验溶液的应力腐蚀现象,发现该应力腐蚀体系是氢致开裂型和阳极溶解型并存。在酸性溶液以氢致开裂为主,在中性或碱性溶液以阳极溶解型为主。
In this paper, the stress corrosion of 16MnR material in different test solutions such as saturated hydrogen sulfide + 0.1 mol / L NaCl solution was studied. It was found that the stress corrosion system was co-existed by hydrogen induced cracking and anodic dissolution. Hydrogen induced cracking in acidic solution, mainly in the neutral or alkaline solution to the anode.
