目的:研究黔产盾叶唐松草Thalictrum ichangense叶挥发油的化学成分及其抗氧化和抗肿瘤的生物活性。方法:采用超临界CO2萃取法提取盾叶唐松草叶的挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析其化学成分,用色谱峰面积归一法计算各组分相对百分含量,并分别采用DPPH·法和MTT法研究其抗氧化和抗肿瘤的生物活性。结果:从超临界CO2萃取法提取得到的挥发油中鉴定了21个化学成分,已鉴定出的组分占挥发油总量的91.86%;在300 mg·L-1时,挥发油对DPPH·清除率为(61.2±2.1)%,对MGC-803胃癌细胞体外增殖抑制率为(56.0±6.8)%。结论:盾叶唐松草叶挥发油中主要化学成分为正四十四烷(Tetratetracontane,25.82%)、3,5-二烯豆甾烷(Stigmastan-3,5-diene,16.39%)、二十八烷(Octacosane,14.96%)等。盾叶唐松草叶挥发油具有较好的抗氧化活性和对MCG-803体外增殖的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Thalictrum ichangense and its anti-oxidation and anti-tumor biological activity in Guizhou shield. Methods: The volatile oil from the leaves of Thalictrum sinensis was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. The chemical constituents were isolated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and the relative percentage of each component was calculated by the chromatographic peak area normalization , And their antioxidant and anti-tumor biological activities were studied by DPPH · method and MTT method respectively. Results: 21 chemical constituents were identified from the volatile oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. The identified components accounted for 91.86% of the total volatile oil. At 300 mg · L-1, the DPPH · scavenging rate of volatile oil was (61.2 ± 2.1)%. The inhibitory rate of MGC-803 gastric cancer cell proliferation in vitro was (56.0 ± 6.8)%. CONCLUSION: The main chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the leaves of Dunleavez fortunei are Tetratetracontane (25.82%), Stigmastan-3,5-diene (16.39%), Octacosane (14.96%) and the like. Volatile oil of Dunleaf grass has better antioxidant activity and inhibit the proliferation of MCG-803 in vitro.
