叶圣陶先生说:“老师改作文是够辛苦的。几十本,一本一本改,可是劳而少功。……要求本本精批细改,事实上是做不到的。与其事后辛劳,不如事前多做准备。”叶圣陶先生说教师可以从“加强口头表达的训练,多注意指导阅读,钻到学生心里出题目,出了题目做一些必要的启发”等方面做准备。其实作文评改的主体不仅仅是教师,学生也能自主评改作文。在作文评改中,学生自评和互评,能较好地提高了学生的作文表达能力、鉴赏能力、修改能力。但学生的作文评改能力也需要教师的精心培养,笔者就从自身的教学研究来谈一谈。
