目的为探查肝癌患者术后1a营养状况与患者基本因素、疾病治疗相关因素、心理因素等进行分析研究。方法应用微型营养评估表法,对67例肝癌术后患者进行随访,分析患者的营养状况及相关因素。结果营养良好患者为64.18%(43例);潜在营养不良患者为31.34%(21例),营养不良患者为4.48%(3例)。结论定期进行应用MNA法进行营养状况评估,可较好地分析肝癌术后随访患者的营养状况。
Objective To investigate the postoperative nutritional status of patients with liver cancer and basic factors of patients, disease treatment related factors, psychological factors such as analysis. Methods Sixty-seven patients with postoperative liver cancer were followed up by using the method of micro-nutrition assessment table to analyze the nutritional status of patients and related factors. Results The patients with good nutrition were 64.18% (43 cases), the patients with latent malnutrition were 31.34% (21 cases) and the malnutrition patients were 4.48% (3 cases). Conclusion Regular assessment of nutritional status using MNA method can better analyze the nutritional status of patients with liver cancer after follow-up.
