遵照伟大领袖毛主席关于“抓革命,促生产,促工作,促战备”的指示,为加快林区建设,查清森林资源,自一九七四年起,我省林区重新开始航摄。为积极推广航测技术,提高林业调查水平,更好地为林业生产建设服务,根据全国农林重点科研05项目及(75)龙林总资字103号文件精神,由大兴安岭森林调查规划大队、带岭实验局、农林部设计院、东北林学院、省森调一、二大队组成森林航测调查研究组,对于航摄基础条件、森林判读样片和航空像片数量化林分蓄积量表以及航测应用于伐区调查等项目进行研究。本刊从本期将陆续刊登该组的研究成果。“思想上政治上的路线正确与否是决定一切的。”在整个工作过程中,研究组在省资源局和各级党委领导下,以阶级斗争为纲,坚持党的基本路线,坚持开门办科研,实行工人、领导干部、科技人员三结合,自觉接受工人阶级再教育,努力使科学研究为无产阶级政治服务,为工农兵服务,与生产劳动相结合。用实验研究的实际成果有力地批判了邓小平的“今不如昔”谬论,回击了右倾翻案风。
