集装箱内陆港,也称之为“无水港”或者“国际集装箱陆港”。尽管目前各地的集装箱内陆港规模大小不一,功能各有不同,但其作为内陆地区集装箱物流中心,具有集装箱货运代理、提单签发、报关、报验、出入境检验检疫、通关等港口运营功能。内陆港综合物流意味着地区企业成本的降低和竞争力的提高。这种节约不仅使本地区生产企业获得收益,也给为其提供运输服务的运输企业带来综合效益。本课题通过对通辽市内陆港利用现状进行个案分析,提出了进一步加强建设的基本思路和政策建议。
