关于制定和审查统计报表的问题,本会曾于1955年11月21日转发省统计局“关于清理现行报表问题的报告”的通知中规定:各部门、各经济机关制发补充表格,无论系统内外,应先送国家统计部门统一审定后始可颁发。这一规定执行以来,对统一控制和管理日报,克服报表杂乱繁多方面起了一定的作用。但是,也产生了一些缺点,比如:国家统计部门由于忙于审批报表,放松了检查工作;各地面、各部门负责人对报表的审查也不注意了。这样,不但影响了统计资料的质量,而且有些地方和部门滥发报表的现象也越来越多了。去年瑞金县高围乡在半年内即有各机关团体发来的非法报表达87种,其
