4Cr5MoSiV钢是我国冶标中新增的一个热模具钢,相当于美国的H11和日本的SKD6钢,在国外普遍应用来作热模锻压力机模具,但在国内目前实际应用还比较少。1975年开始,我厂在华中工学院和大冶钢厂的大力支持与协作下,对4Cr5MoSiV钢的工艺性能进行了验证,并应用于机械锻压机模具,取得了较明显的效果。一、4Cr5MoSiV钢的性能大冶钢厂为我们提供的锻坯的化学成分如表1。参照资料<1>,4Cr5MoSiV钢的改锻和退火工艺
4Cr5MoSiV steel is a hot die steel added in our country’s standard, equivalent to the United States H11 and Japan’s SKD6 steel, commonly used in foreign countries for hot die forging die, but the actual application in the country is still relatively small.
