广州发展中心大厦位于广州市珠江新城 CBD 中央商务区,是一座现代化的甲级智能化写字楼。该工程运用先进的技术对智能化系统进行了合理的设计与定位,甚至有些技术的应用还在世界上尚属首例,达到了“节能、环保”的目的。正因如此,工程自建成到现在一直保持着较高的客户入住率,并受到社会各界的一致好评。中建协智能建筑专业委员会参与了该工程全过程的技术咨询工作,包括:设计评审、实施过程中的技术指导和智能化系统工程的验收评估。目前,该工程已通过中建协智能建筑专业委员会的严格审核,取得了“甲级智能建筑”的称号。为此,记者分别采访了该项目的开发商和集成商代表——广州发展新城投资有限公司总经理秦黎和广东省电信工程有限公司通信设备分公司商务部经理徐国明,通过他们详细的介绍,使读者对这座科技含量极高的现代化智能大厦有进一步的了解。
