水文缆道绞车使用的抱闸(制动电磁铁配上闸瓦),普遍有发热现象,有的还很严重,甚致导致线圈烧毁。据了解,建筑起重机械上抱闸,也有类似问题。水文缆道绞车由测速、测深、测沙的需要,抱闸时停时开,运行时间也较长,过热现象甚为严重。1978年,四川水文总站长江上游干流区分站所属有一处缆道曾两次烧毁线圈。为了解决这个问题,我们曾试用过两种办法:7.强迫散热法根据试验,在每分钟启闭5次的情况下,电扇距电磁铁400毫米处鼓风,运行36分钟,线圈温度保持在17度,说明已达到热平衡,温度稳定。撤去电扇,在6分钟内,温度从17度上升到24度。这个试验说明强迫散热是限制温升的一种可行的办法。
