贵刊1993年12月份刊出《开创我国花卉出口新局面的几点意见》(以下简称《开文》,读后,谨将一些看法提供有关人士参考: 《开文》的创作者的背景是作者曾往香港考察花卉市场,以及了解了国际花卉市场的资料,进而提出了四个要点。我曾经在香港经营园林行业十多年,在欧洲研究环境美化等业数年。在读过《开文》后,也曾和数位从事花卉行业的人士交换过意见,兹就我们的管见,提出以下的事实和问题,希望可以帮助各位同行了解香港和外国园林花卉事业的近况。
In December 1993, your magazine published “Some Opinions on Creating a New Situation for China’s Flower Exports” (hereinafter referred to as the “Open Text”).
