The point method gradually formed its own language system in the development of landscape painting, showing unique artistic value and function in all stages of history. The research on the point method from the theoretical form helps to form the cognitive structure of the style evolution of landscape painting and also helps to make a theoretical reserve for the development and innovation of landscape painting at the basic level.
