良好的学生支持服务可以减少学生的流失,提高学生学习的有效性,而支持服务是针对需求而言的,学生的支持需求大多源于他们遇到的学习困难。本研究采用问卷调查法和集体访谈法,问卷调查在13所电大进行,共发放697份问卷,收回682份,访谈对象是来自于沈阳、辽宁、鞍山、宁波、秦皇岛五所电大的共62名学生。结果表明,学生在学习中遇到的主要困难是“工学矛盾”、缺少学习氛围、跨专业学习困难和缺少学习辅导等;向教师提出最多的问题是考试问题以及与课程学习内容相关的问题;更多学生倾向于向同学或朋友求助;求助手段主要是电话。研究结果显示,现阶段,应把学生支持放在学校整个教学工作的首位,应加强专业选择指导和课程注册指导,做好教学班集体建设,完善远程接待中心功能。
Good student support services can reduce the loss of students and improve the effectiveness of student learning. However, the support services are tailored to the needs and the support needs of the students are mostly due to the learning difficulties they encounter. This study uses questionnaire survey and collective interview. The questionnaire survey was conducted at 13 TVU. A total of 697 questionnaires were sent out and 682 questionnaires were collected. The interviewees were 62 students from five TV stations in Shenyang, Liaoning, Anshan, Ningbo and Qinhuangdao . The results show that the main difficulties that students encounter in study are “the contradiction between work and study ”, lack of learning atmosphere, cross-discipline learning difficulties and lack of study guidance; the most questions that teachers ask are the exam questions and the contents of course learning Problem; more students tend to ask for help from classmates or friends; the means of help is mainly telephone. The results show that, at this stage, student support should be placed at the top of the entire teaching work in schools. Guidance should be given to professional guidance and registration of courses to improve the collective construction of teaching classes and improve the functions of remote reception centers.
