石棉肺并发胸膜间皮瘤病例,国外已有报道,国内尚未见到。我院曾于一九七九年九月收住1例,兹将该病例报导如下:患者张××,男,64岁,瓦工.接尘史:1936年至1949年曾在井下采煤,1953年至1976年在石油二厂热电分厂当维修瓦工。实际接尘工龄30年,操作时为石棉灰等原料混拌后制作炉的保温层,在混料中粉尘较大,无个人防护和防尘设施。患者生前胸痛、咳嗽、气短已十多年,后二年加重,体检:慢性病容,轻度发绀,左胸塌陷,呼吸受
Cases of asbestosis complicated by pleural mesothelioma have been reported abroad and have not been seen in China. Our hospital had received one case in September 1979. We hereby report this case as follows: Patient Zhang X, male, 64 years old, bricklayer. Dust history: Coal mining was done underground in 1936-1949. From 1953 to 1976, the bricklayer was repaired in the thermal power plant of the No. 2 Oil Factory. The actual dust-joint working period is 30 years. When operating, the raw materials such as asbestos ash are mixed to make the insulation layer of the furnace. The dust in the mixture is large and there is no personal protection and dust-proof facilities. The patient had had chest pain, cough, and shortness of breath for more than 10 years and was aggravated in the following two years. Physical examination included: chronic disease, mild cyanosis, left chest collapse, and respiratory impairment.
