目的以仿生提取理论为指导,对鹿茸中的氨基酸进行化学成分分析。方法选取同一产地的鹿茸细粉,按提取方式的不同依次分为仿生组和超声组。以7种含量最高的氨基酸及氨基酸总量作为评价指标,使用SIMCA-P 11.5及SPSS 13.0统计学软件对各项评价指标进行统计学分析。结果仿生组氨基酸总量为(4.74±0.22)g/L,超声组为(1.83±0.14)g/L,仿生组样本中的氨基酸含量明显高于超声组(P<0.001);PCA分析结果显示,两组样本之间存在着显著性的差异。结论仿生提取理论作为一种新型中药提取理论,可有效地提高鹿茸中氨基酸的提取效果,对鹿茸相关产品的开发具有重要意义。
Aim To take the bionic extraction theory as guidance, the chemical composition of the amino acids in antler was analyzed. Methods The antler powder in the same place of origin was selected and divided into bionic group and ultrasound group according to the different extraction methods. Using the seven kinds of amino acids and amino acids with the highest content as the evaluation index, the statistical analysis of each evaluation index was carried out using SIMCA-P 11.5 and SPSS 13.0 statistical software. Results The total amount of amino acids in the bionic group was (4.74 ± 0.22) g / L and that in the ultrasound group was (1.83 ± 0.14) g / L, and the amino acid content in the bionic group was significantly higher than that in the ultrasound group (P <0.001) There was a significant difference between the two groups of samples. Conclusion Bionic extraction theory, as a new theory of traditional Chinese medicine extraction, can effectively improve the extraction effect of amino acids in pilose antler and is of great significance to the development of antler related products.
