为应对愈演愈烈的全球金融危机,保持我国经济平稳较快发展,中央已经明确实施积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策。如何贯彻落实好相关部署,应对危机已经成为各级财政部门的首要任务。
In order to cope with the escalating global financial crisis and maintain a steady and rapid economic development in our country, the Central Government has explicitly implemented a proactive fiscal policy and a moderately easy monetary policy. How to implement relevant arrangements and deal with the crisis has become the primary task of the financial departments at all levels.
