为了提高传统吐丝管的使用寿命,通过对吐丝管的内壁进行渗硼,并进行结构优化设计,结果表明:吐丝机的稳定性得到提高,吐丝管内表面的硬度值可提高到2 096 HV,有效地延长了吐丝管的使用寿命。
In order to improve the service life of the traditional tube, the inner wall of the tube is infiltrated and the structure is optimized. The results show that the stability of the tube laying machine is improved and the hardness of the inner surface of the tube can be increased to 2 096 HV, effectively extending the life of the tube.
