借助热模拟技术对建筑用X80管线钢焊接热影响区内组织和性能进行试验和分析。结果表明,在较低的冷却速度下,三种钢试样随着冷却速度的加快,焊接热影响区的强度、硬度变化不明显。而当冷却速度超过5℃/s时,钢试样强度和显微硬度随冷却速度的加快变化较快。
With the help of thermal simulation technology, the microstructure and properties of heat-affected zone of X80 pipeline steel for construction were tested and analyzed. The results show that under the condition of lower cooling rate, the strength and hardness change of HAZ are not obvious with the acceleration of cooling rate. When the cooling rate exceeds 5 ℃ / s, the strength and hardness of the steel sample change rapidly with the cooling rate.
