硫代氨基甲酸脂在适合于浮选的低浓度时与铜阳离子不生成不溶化合物,因此,在以液相含铜较高为特征的湿法冶金-浮选过程中应用该药剂比采用离子型的黄药和黑药更为有效。当用浸出-置换沉淀-浮选方法处理氧化铜矿石时,应用异丙基硫代氨基甲酸酯(ИТК)比采用黑药可提高铜的回收率3—5%。在高压釜氧化流程处理含镍磁黄铁矿精矿工艺中,进行硫化硫化物浮选时采用ИТК也是有效的。
Thiocarbamates do not form insoluble compounds with copper cations at low concentrations suitable for flotation, and therefore, the use of this agent in hydrometallurgy-flotation processes characterized by higher liquid copper content The xanthate and the black drug are more effective. When leaching-displacement precipitation-flotation is used to treat copper oxide ores, application of isopropyl thiocarbamate (ИТК) increases the recovery of copper by 3-5% over the use of black drug. In the autoclave oxidation process for treating pyrotechnic concentrates containing nickel, it is also effective to use ИТК for sulphide sulfide flotation.
