高炉热风炉的热风出口、球顶合门砖以及热风总管与围管相接的三岔管,在采用常规砌砖工艺情况下于生产过程中易产生裂缝和脱落。近几年(1980.10~1984.8)马钢一铁厂在4座300m~3高炉大、中修时对上述薄弱部位进行改造,将传统的砌砖改成磷酸铝耐热混凝土现场捣填。投产后未发现问题,使用一直正常,实践证明是成功的。马钢修建部对此有丰富的施工经验。磷酸铝耐热混凝土的用料配比、性能以及施工工艺等请参见《铁炼》1985年第3期“热风炉陶瓷燃烧器的应用”一文中有关章节,本文着重叙述设计和应用。一、热风出口热风炉的热风出口在采用传统砌砖工艺方案时是用耐火砖砌成,参见图1。由于热风
