Anastomosis in the chest is one of the most serious complications of esophageal cancer, with a mortality rate of 10% to 90%. In recent years, we have adopted a high-level chest irrigation to treat intrathoracic anastomotic fistula after esophagectomy on the basis of the traditional three-for-one conservative treatment. The curative effect is good. Now we report the treatment methods and experience as follows. Clinical data I.
