[Objective] To explore the changing trend and possible influencing factors of personal dose level of radiotherapy staff. [Methods] The routine monitoring of personal dosimeter with thermoluminescence was used to conduct a statistical analysis on the monitoring results of the individual dose level of radiation exposure in Shanghai from 2000 to 2011, a total of 1,200 person-times. [Results] The average annual effective dose of radiation medical staff in this hospital during the 12 years from 2000 to 2011 was 0.22 ~ 0.44mSv / a, and the median annual effective dose was 0.25mSv / a. Among them, the average annual average radiation dose of nuclear medicine workers was The highest effective dose, 0.52mSv / a. However, the dose levels of radiographers in each type of work are generally lower than the annual average effective dose limits stipulated by the national standards and the average level of Shanghai and the whole country. [Conclusion] The average effective dose of radiation workers in this hospital is lower than the individual dose limit stipulated by national standards.
