[目的]了解辖区内医疗机构消毒效果监测情况,为指导医疗机构院内感染预防和控制提供科学依据。[方法]整合多方资源并收集疾病控制与卫生监督机构对2009—2011年辖区内不同类型医疗机构进行消毒质量监测的数据并进行分析。[结果]各类医疗机构共监测样品1371件(合格1325件,合格率96.64%)。其中,各医疗机构灭菌设备、消毒设备、空气质量检测合格率最高,均为100.00%;消毒医疗用品、工作人员手、物体表面、灭菌医疗用品、使用中消毒液的合格率分别为99.25%、98.45%、98.41%、97.20%、95.79%;污水合格率最低,仅为19.23%。二级、一级以及其他医疗机构三者消毒监测合格率分别为96.89%、94.77%、97.52%,不同级别医疗机构间合格率差异无统计学意义。[结论]青浦区医院消毒监测合格率除了医院污水相差较大外,其余监测对象的合格率基本接近,通过与其他省市报告的比较,青浦区医疗机构的消毒监测合格率处于较高水平。
[Objective] To understand the monitoring of disinfection effect of medical institutions in the area and provide a scientific basis for guiding the prevention and control of nosocomial infections in medical institutions. [Methods] Integrate multi-resources and collect the data of disease control and health supervision agencies on the quality control of different types of medical institutions in the area from 2009 to 2011 and analyze the data. [Results] All kinds of medical institutions monitored a total of 1371 samples (1325, pass rate 96.64%). Among them, the medical institutions sterilization equipment, disinfection equipment, the highest pass rate of air quality testing, both 100.00%; disinfection of medical supplies, staff hands, surfaces, sterile medical supplies, the use of disinfectant pass rates were 99.25 %, 98.45%, 98.41%, 97.20% and 95.79% respectively. The qualified rate of wastewater was the lowest, only 19.23%. The qualified rate of disinfection monitoring of Grade III, Grade I and other medical institutions was 96.89%, 94.77% and 97.52% respectively. There was no significant difference in the qualification rate among different levels of medical institutions. [Conclusion] The passing rate of disinfection monitoring in Qingpu District hospital except the difference of hospital sewage is large, the passing rate of other monitoring objects is basically close. Compared with the reports of other provinces and cities, the passing rate of disinfection monitoring of Qingpu District medical institutions is at a high level.
