理气舒心片是长春中医学院中医基础教研室研制成的治疗冠心病的新药,经多年临床应用证明有显效。以往实验表明该药有提高小鼠对缺氧耐受力及对抗家兔实验性急性心肌缺血,能增加离体兔心和麻醉狗在位心冠脉流量等的作用。本文试图通过理气舒心片对异丙肾上腺素诱发大鼠实验性心肌坏死心电图,心肌形态学影响的观察,进一步证实理气舒心片保护心肌的作用.
Liqi Shuxin Tablets is a new drug developed for the treatment of coronary heart disease developed by the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It has been proved to be effective after many years of clinical application. Previous experiments have shown that the drug can improve the tolerance of mice to hypoxia and experimental acute myocardial ischemia in rabbits, and can increase the role of isolated rabbit heart and anesthetic dogs in the position of the coronary artery flow. This article attempts to observe the effect of Qiqi Shuxin Tablet on myocardial electrophysiology and myocardial morphology induced by isoproterenol induced experimental myocardial necrosis, and further confirms the protective effect of Qiqishuxin Tablet on myocardial protection.
