我院护理部为了适应改革的新形势,改变护理人才的选聘模式,在今年聘任护士长时,立足实际,采取护理部考察、科室推荐、个人自荐,征求科主任意见、本人述职、组织评委评分等办法,将真正在德、能、勤、绩等方面有突出成绩的优秀人才提拔到护士长工作岗位上来,推动了护理管理体制的改革,保证了护士长素质和管理水平的提高,改变了传统的行政任命方法,激励参与竞争机制,做到了公平竞争,有利于选拔青年人才。 In order to adapt to the new situation of reforms, the Nursing Department of our hospital changed the selection model of nursing talents.
