介绍水轮发电机镜板平面度误差在位测量的实用方法:采用测点数为4的倍数的正方形布点方案或测点数为偶数的环形布点方案获取数据,通过数据处理消除测量过程的系统误差;用平差法处理数据,以正方形四个角点或环形的两直径上相距较远的四点构成对角线,建立理想平面,通过基面转换,计算各测点的数据,从而获得平面度误差。测量采用支承面为圆形平面的可调式桥板,预先设置精密定位孔,较之传统的划线法定位,既缩短了测量准备时间,又提高了测量的重复性。
