截至2008年底,上海市共有外资企业16184户,从业人员68万人,“世界500强”企业中有491家落户上海,吸引了一大批留学回国人员和国内高层次人才。按照中央和中共上海市委关于加强非公有制企业党建工作的部署和要求,上海对外服务公司(以下简称“上海外服公司”)党委紧紧围绕为外资企业提供优质人力资源服务,积极探索创新外资企业党建工作,取得明显成效。
By the end of 2008, there were 16,184 foreign-funded enterprises in Shanghai, employing 680,000 people and 491 of the “Top 500” enterprises in Shanghai, attracting a large number of returned overseas students and domestic high-level talents. In accordance with the arrangements and requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee on strengthening Party building in non-public-owned enterprises, the party committee of Shanghai Foreign Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Outsourcing Company”) closely focuses on providing quality human resources services to foreign-funded enterprises and actively exploring and innovating Party building in foreign-funded enterprises has achieved remarkable results.
