幼教改革从哪里着手?这是当前广大幼教工作者普遍关心的问题。教育改革的目的是提高教育效益。教育的对象是人,我们切不可用尝试错误的方法来摸索其效果,把儿童当牺牲品,而是要有充分的理论根据。探索的每一步首先要在理论上站得住脚,然后通过实践测定其效果,这样就能使改革的实效性得到一定的保证。教育改革首先要转变教育观点:从只考虑老师“怎样教”转到先研究孩子“怎样学”,再考虑“教什么、怎么教”。对同样一件事,立足点不同,看到的东西就会不同,得出的结论也不同。比如:上一节课,老师写出教案,做好教具,上课时孩子
