1989年6月,笔者发现一例慢性淋病患者单以四肢关节痛与流血性白带的形式发病,以致患病7年之久得不到确诊。现就其临床特征报告如下:患者冯××,女,36岁,寡妇。海口市郊农民。患者于1982年初开始出现持续性双肩关节肿痛,继而双膝、双踝关节也在数日后出现同样症状,同时伴有的血性白带随关节疼痛程度的重轻而增减。曾在海府地区多家医院反复检查被疑为“风湿性关节炎、功能性子宫出血”、“念珠菌性阴道炎”。经抗风湿、多次行阴道冲洗和外用制霉菌素等
