目的:对雷公藤生药整体固态生物转化后的分段提取物进行小鼠脏器系数、血液学和血液生化指标的比较,初步判断生物转化产物与原药材之间毒性的大小。方法:小鼠脏器重量测定、测定血液学和血液生化指标。结果:转化后的产物依据菌种的不同,对毒性的影响也有差异。曲霉菌转化产物毒性降低较为明显,而单一的根霉菌,以及酵母与毛霉菌混合(复合菌)的转化产物其毒性对不同的指标表现不一,有降低的,也有增强的。与原药相比TW-2号样品毒性与其相似,TW-1号毒性小于原药,TW-3号毒性最小。结论:转化后样品与未转化的对照品(原药)在小鼠脏器系数,血液学、血液生化指标上发生了一定的变化,提示转化产物的毒性有所降低,所含的活性物质基础有所改变。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the viscera coefficient, hematology and blood biochemical indexes of the segmented extracts of the whole solid biotransformation of Tripterygium wilfordii to determine the toxicity between the biotransformation products and the original herbs. Methods: Determination of mouse organ weight, determination of hematology and blood biochemical indicators. RESULTS: The transformed products had different effects on toxicity depending on the species. Aspergillus transformed products showed a more pronounced decrease in toxicity, while the single root mold and the yeast and mucor mixed (complex) transformation products showed different performances in terms of toxicity, reduced, and increased.
