本文参考7ACA合成7-甲氧基头孢菌素的方法,进行了青霉素直接甲氧基化的研究。将6APA的Dane盐(Ⅱ)制成对硝基苄酯(Ⅲ),继而在N·B·S和硼砂中与甲醇反应,得到了相应的6α-甲氧基化合物(Ⅳ)。目前尚未见用该法进行青霉素甲氧基化的报道。 其化学反应式如下:
In this paper, 7ACA synthesis of 7-methoxycephalosporin method, the penicillin direct methoxylation. Dane salt (II) of 6APA was converted to p-nitrobenzyl ester (III) and then reacted with methanol in N · B · S and borax to give the corresponding 6α-methoxy compound (IV).
