目的:优选补肾活血颗粒的纯化工艺。方法:采用单因素试验法和L9(34)正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、醇沉时间等因素对纯化工艺的影响,以羟基红花黄色素A和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的转移率为评价指标,采用多指标综合评分法优选最佳的纯化工艺。结果:补肾活血颗粒最佳纯化工艺为减压浓缩至药液相对密度为1.05,加95%乙醇使含醇量为60%,醇沉24 h。结论:优选得到的纯化工艺方法简便可靠,重复性好,有效成分转移率高,可以保证补肾活血颗粒的质量和疗效。
Objective: To optimize the purification process of Bushen Huoxue Granule. Methods: The effects of ethanol concentration and alcohol precipitation time on the purification process were investigated by single factor test and L9 (34) orthogonal test. The transfer rates of hydroxysafflor yellow A and pinoresinol diglucoside were evaluated Indicators, the use of multi-index comprehensive score method to optimize the best purification process. Results: The optimal purification process of Bushen Huoxue granule was concentrated under reduced pressure to a relative density of 1.05. 95% ethanol was added to make the alcohol content 60% and alcohol precipitation 24 h. Conclusion: The optimized purification method is simple and reliable, good repeatability, high transfer rate of active ingredients, which can ensure the quality and efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Granules.
