绿原酸对高血糖小鼠生长的影响及脏器的保护作用

为了探究绿原酸对高血糖小鼠的影响,选用健康成年小鼠,尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立高血糖小鼠模型。绿原酸分别采用高(2500μg·g~(-1))、中(250μg·g~(-1))和低(25μg·g~(-1))剂量组进行治疗,降糖药格列美脲和生理盐水作为对照组。连续给药6 d后,对比小鼠体重;取小鼠脏器,计算相应指数;制作肝脏病理切片,观察其变化。结果显示,高血糖小鼠的体重增加不明显,胸腺萎缩,脾脏、肝脏发生肿大,病变显著。经绿原酸给药后,胸腺、脾脏指数均有所提高、肝脏的损伤也得到缓解。结果表明,绿原酸对高血糖所致小鼠的各类脏器损伤具有一定的保护作用。这一作用可能是绿原酸能够促进体内能量代谢,降低了小鼠体内血糖浓度,从而减弱了高血糖对各类脏器的损伤。 In order to explore the impact of chlorogenic acid on mice with hyperglycemia, healthy adult mice were selected and alloxan was injected through the tail vein to establish a mouse model of hyperglycemia. Chlorogenic acid was treated with high (2500μg · g -1), medium (250μg · g -1) and low (25μg · g -1) doses, respectively. The hypoglycemic agents Urea and saline as control group. After 6 days of continuous administration, the body weight of the mice was compared; the organs of the mice were taken and the corresponding indices were calculated; the pathological sections of the liver were made and the changes were observed. The results showed that hyperglycemia mice weight gain is not obvious, thymus atrophy, spleen, liver enlargement, lesions significantly. After administration of chlorogenic acid, the thymus and spleen index increased, and the liver injury was also alleviated. The results showed that chlorogenic acid has a protective effect on various organ damage caused by hyperglycemia in mice. This effect may be chlorogenic acid can promote energy metabolism in vivo, reducing the body’s blood glucose concentration, thereby reducing the high blood sugar on various organ damage.
