以园林绿化树种假连翘为试材,通过不同浓度的甜菜碱和氯化钙处理,测定在-3~6℃4个温度梯度下的叶片相对电导率、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、氧自由基产生速率及过氧化氢(H2O2)含量,综合评价各个药剂处理对假连翘耐寒性的影响。结果表明:8个处理的相对电导率、脯氨酸含量、POD活性随温度的降低而呈现不同程度的上升趋势,可溶性糖含量也基本随温度的下降而上升;各处理的SOD活性变化呈先升高后下降的趋势;除-3℃外,各处理的氧自由基产生速率和过氧化氢含量也呈先上升后下降的变化趋势;与8个处理耐寒性关系密切的生理指标为电导率、脯氨酸含量和氧自由基产生速率,通过隶属函数法综合评判得出,20mmol/L氯化钙和20mmol/L甜菜碱+10mmol/L氯化钙处理对提高假连翘耐寒性的效果较好,研究为园林绿化管养提供了一定的理论指导。
