目的:探讨金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)性右心感染性心内膜炎(RHIE)的临床表现特点和诊治.方法:对21例病人进行临床资料分析.结果:本组病人均有静脉注射毒品史,临床表现为金葡菌血症和肺栓塞,肺部症状表现突出,(UCG)示均有右心内膜赘生物.经4~6周抗炎治疗,19例痊愈.结论:临床有静脉滥用药物史、金葡菌败血症和肺栓塞,必须考虑RHIE,UCG对确诊RHIE起决定性作用.经有效抗生素的系统治疗,预后一般良好“,”Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of right heart infective endocarditis (RHIE) caused by staphylococcus aureus (S aureus ) Method: The clinical data of 21 cases with RHIE of caused by S aureus were analysed Results: All patients had history of intravenous drug abuse, clinical manifestations of septicaemia and pulmonary emboli caused by S aureus UCG revealed that they had right hea...
