本文论述了集散系统控制器参数计算机辅助设计软件包(DCSCAD)的设计思想;提出了新的数据结构——回路结构;并以梯度系统这一概念有效地处理了闭环辨识与控制器参数优化这两大课题,从而形成了本包的一系列新算法。 本包在秦岭电厂20万千瓦机组上投运后,一年左右的控制效果明显地优于人工仔细整定的效果。
In this paper, we discuss the design idea of DCSCAD, propose a new data structure-loop structure, and deal with the problem of closed-loop identification and controller parameter optimization by using the concept of gradient system Two major topics, thus forming a series of new algorithms of this package. The package in Qinling Power Plant 200,000 kilowatts unit put into operation after about a year of control is obviously better than the effect of manual carefully set.
