食道和胃的闪烁显象是消化系统核医学的重要组成部分,近10年来,无论对方法学的改进和临床应用的研究都很活跃。通过食道和胃的闪烁显象,可以检测食道通过时间、Barrett’s食道、胃食道反流、胃排空时间以及胃分泌功能等,为进一步了解食道和胃的生理学、病理生理学,为某些食道和胃的疾病的诊断以及治疗效果的随访,提供了一个方便,安全和能在生理条件下进行非创伤性定量研究的工具。现将这些方面的进展综述如下。
