八届全国人大常委会第五次会议通过的《中华人民共和国公司法》将于7月1日起实施,这是我国经济体制改革过程中的一件大事。《公司法》是继《企业法》和转机《条例》之后又一部规范我国企业主体行为的基础性法律法规,是深化企业改革的产物,是建立现代企业制度的重要法律之一,它的颁布与实施标志着我国公司制度步入规范化、法制化的轨道。
The “Company Law of the People’s Republic of China” passed by the Fifth Session of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress will be implemented starting from July 1. This is a major event in the course of China’s economic restructuring. The “Company Law” is another basic law and regulation that regulates the behavior of the main bodies of enterprises in China after the “Enterprise Law” and the “Regulations”. It is a product of deepening enterprise reform and is one of the important laws for establishing a modern enterprise system. The promulgation and implementation of China’s corporate system marks the standardization and legalization of the track.
