目的：分析不典型的影像表现以提高诊断的准确性。材料和方法：收集不典型脑转移瘤２７例作回顾性影像分析。结果：不典型脑转移瘤可分为部位不典型１２例，影像学表现不典型１５例。结论：在转移瘤与脑内血肿的鉴别诊断应注意血肿周围含铁血黄素沉积圈的完整性和规则性；脑室内的转移瘤常有清楚的界面，但发生早期种植转移
OBJECTIVE: To analyze atypical imaging findings to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Materials and Methods: A total of 27 patients with atypical brain metastases were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Atypical brain metastases can be divided into atypical atypical cases in 12 cases, atypical imaging findings in 15 cases.
