本刊讯安徽山鹰纸业股份有限公司于2015年8月1日发布公告称,公司在湖北黄冈设立的子公司山鹰纸业(湖北)有限公司近日取得了营业执照。山鹰纸业(湖北)有限公司注册资本5000万元整,经营范围为纸板、瓦楞原纸、箱纸板制造;生活用纸制造、加工。山鹰纸业称,通过在湖北省黄冈市设立子公司,公司可以充分利用湖北的区域和市场优势,进一步扩大生产规模,增强生产能力,提高市场占有率,提升公司行业影响力和综合竞争能力。
