实施《现行普通高中教学计划的调整意见》(国家教委1990年3月发布,见本刊1990年第6期)和普通高中毕业会考制度是对普通高中课程、教材和考试制度进行的两项改革。这两项改革在部分省、市实施后已初见成效。为了在全国逐步推进这两项改革,最近,国家教委发布了《关于实施〈现行普通高中教学计划的调整意见〉和普遍高中毕业会考制度的意见》。主要内容是:
The implementation of the “Opinions on Adjustment of the Current General Senior High School Teaching Plan” (State Education Commission released in March 1990, see Journal No. 6, 1990) and the ordinary high school graduation exam system are two reforms of the general high school curriculum, teaching materials and examination system . These two reforms have achieved initial success after the implementation of some provinces and municipalities. In order to gradually push forward these two reforms across the country, the State Education Commission recently issued the Opinions on Implementing the Adjustment Policy for Current Ordinary Senior High Schools and the Universal Senior High School Graduation System.
