For a long time, we have always stressed that the criminal law to punish crimes as its own responsibility, too much emphasis on its protection function, but often ignore the criminal law as the “law” itself as a guide, evaluation and educational role. In fact, the law should teach people to follow the rules and guide people to be good. A trial of court cases one after another, one by one lively case, is the cornerstone of judicial credibility, and is the best teaching material for educators and people. In particular, since I came to the leadership position of the court, I have always thought that at every presiding commission presided over, I have been actively exploring how to make the court’s adjudication conform to the law.
